We plan and develop ground up projects across multiple states. We are seek new developments that could be Apartment communities, Town-house, and multi-storied developments. Based on the area of development, the feasibly may suggest build to sell or build to rent and manage. We present these opportunities to our partner investors for their consideration

Hotel Development

Hotel developments often present nice long term returns. With our general contractor credentials, real estate & construction background, and national development experience we seek hotel projects that could be developed to own and have rental streams coming back to the investors.

Warehouse Development

We seek projects with companies that are looking to expand warehousing across the country. Investors will invest in these projects with lease payment streams as income.

Strip Shopping Centers

We present smaller strip shopping center development opportunities to our investors. We utilize our restaurant and retail development experience to predict the locations that might be viable for multiple smaller foot print restaurants. The lease payment streams provide the income streams that are shared with the investors along with any equity gain over time.

We are seeking investor capital for investment in ground up real estate development projects. We are presently focused in four different types of projects that meet our specific parameters and investment criteria.

With our NASCLA general contractor credentials, and national development experience, we have the capacity to develop in most of the country. Our investment criteria is based on the following basic principles:

We manage the entire development process from sourcing real estate, zoning/permitting, infrastructure development, construction

We always seek to invest in our own developed project alongside with our investors so we maintain skin in the project

We share regular updates on projects.

While minimum investment requirement may vary from project to project, our investor will have a prorated share in the development along side with us. While we cannot guarantee return’s and encourage our investors to seek help of an independent financial professional before making any investment with us, we endeavor to seek projects that are projected to provide a nice ROI and equity gain.
